Due to Covid, the response may be 4-6 weeks ?. Most important is that they take us off the checked-in list of this evening. That should happen with my mail, but until now I can¡¯t see that. I also tried to approach flugladen.nl but you can only contact them by chat or Facebook. I tried with chat but had to create an account with them which I did, but the booking is not related to my account, so I think you have to do that. Logging (as I assume you did when booking) and next tell them you want to cancel and ask for a refund. Please let me know if that works for you.
