Hi Jeff:
Unfortunately, its a "usually" type of answer. Earlier integrated video
boards did not turn off their on-board systems well. Later boards were much
better. I prefer a board with no video on baord, but if you have it, and
turn it off "usually" this will cure the trouble. (if any exists.). There
are some board that have integrated video and do not share the ram, so they
have no trouble..
Unfortunately, its hard to tell between them...
