It's more than just space on the Group. If you get individual mails
or view on the web then its easy to skip to the next message but if
you get the Digests or view with "Expand messages" then you have to
scroll through the dross. The <snip> is no work when replying on the
Group or by e-mail - we all need to try to "get the habit".
