Manually re-input everything and it now seems ok.

Also managed to get myself a nice burn and a sore elbow when I
touched
a 10000uF capacitor that still had 240V in it !! The burn is on my
finger, the sore elbow was a result of the reaction and smashing it
into the lathe stand :/
