i have never had to find the location of mru file list because most apps i have used offer the option of deleting an entry if it is not found. it is in machine.ini which does not seem like a good place.

Tony ? ? ? ? and why is this a well kept secret? the recent files list is bullshit without the ability to edit it. right clicking does nothing nor can i find the files in the registry. it i a severe lack to not allow users to get rid of this garbage if they want to. i understand the fat that some people might want to keep files from external sources in the list but what about those who want to get rid of the garbage. there has to be a way to get rid of this or clear the whole cache. but there is no wa to get rid of old files. this make a logn useless
list of current files mixed with a bunch of old deleted stuff. makes it
a pain to choose the right file. easier to have a working folder and do
the management yourself, where is this list found and can it be edited?
or better yet why cant mach4 automatically delete files that are nor found ?
