There is a set of wizards for Mach4. They are a standalone package but can directly transfer the Gcode to Mach4. They do all the things the Mach3 wizards do, and are a more integrated package. They include a job file so you can generate slightly different versions of the same job.
You could use the mill wizards with linuxcnc, running them on a windows PC and carrying the gcode to linux on a usb stick.
