Why not just set yourself up with administrator privileges. I can run MACH3 on WIN-7 without any issues but I'm also the administrator.

I don't quite understand your reply. The heading of the windiow I'm in say," Allow Programs through windows firewall" I have mach3 checked to allow it. I also have in another window all Firewalls off.
