What's changed is that groups.io now wants a 1 year subscription ($110US) to be able to transfer a group. After that if the storage requirements are low enough one can drop back down to the free version.

I would like to see this group continue, probably on 开云体育 if possible.
Someone with group ownership rights must undertake the task.
Based on the size of the PGOffline archive, it would seem that even this large group could be hosted on 开云体育 for free.
