Occasionally it is. Especially when you've got ragchews going every 3-4 kHz from the designated frequency. It's a good thing we've got the reflector or the situation would be impossible.
What about if the internet goes down and you don't have it? Well, you also might not have power to a lot of the stations we currently have to contend with.
