That is the question of the century - maybe the idea needs to be tossed and individuals allowed to make their own decisions - again without recourse to public funds when bad things happen

Decriminaized yes - most things should not be subject to statute

Same answer except that people who do stupid things should not be supported by public funds

With strict lower limits - anymore what is a child.? But there should be strict limits on age differences - maybe no more than ten percent of the younger persons age.

Yes with the limitation that public funds are not used to remediate their actions.
