1.? Should Israel be charged with war crimes for attacking Gaza?
No, although I am unconcerned with various watchdogs looking into incidents. The overall war effort is an almost inevitable outcome of what happened when it happened, but any alleged crimes need to be individually examined. This should include the actors?involved being each examined, the situation carefully?defined in context (including orders and policies), the individual alignment of every actor (including civilian actions to support Hamas as well as IDF members ethically-evaluated behaviors), and the outcomes of the incident. Each side should be analyzed in this way for each incident proposed to qualify.
2.? Will the new candidate have a better, worse or same chance against Trump?
Probably better because of human nature: hopes, ambitions, perceived opportunities.? 3.? If somehow Trump withdrew who would be most likely to take his place?
Vance?
4.? Should Biden resign the presidency?
Not unless he is proven to be unable to continue or he just gets fed up with the whole thing and moves on to do family and fun retirement.
5.? Who will be the Democratic Vice Presidential nominee?
Not even a guess right now, except that I am expecting a profile to balance and bolster Harris's list of firsts.
