That's not what Trump's trial was about really. It was about him paying to have his affair covered up so it wouldn't look bad to his supporters. He managed to commit felonies in order to do that. This was not a political prosecution, though. Biden (or his supporters) had absolutely nothing to do with it.

The predicted outcome of this exercise in the use of naked power to openly persecute a political opponent may be helpful in opening to eyes of a great many Americans to the fact that this country can no longer be said to have universal moral standards. ?That's long been clear, but I imagine that most people by far simply don't normally think about such things.
