I haven't yet managed to look at asiair.? I spent some time on Tuesday evening and did manage to locate the moon - using the azimuth and altitude knobs. I foolishly thought I'd try a photo so I swapped the eyepiece out and couldn't find the moon again - no matter how hard I tried. But I'm happy to make a good start. It was a good way off after doing a goto.
Today I refined the altitude knob, and although I have an online compass it's seems a bit temperamental. The scope seems near to magnetic north so we'll see how we go
