Using Phd2's guide assistant last night, it appears that my mount's dec backlash is fairly bad? I am contacting Losmandy as this mount is only a week old. Please let me know if this is simply normal for this mount.

Backlash is > = 11972 ms; you may
need to guide in only one Dec direction (currently North)
