You can try the PPEC algorithm in PHD2 (if that's what you're using) which can trim down your 239.4s RA error a bit more than with just PEMPro alone. (You must set the PE period). When seeing is good you can have a very good Dec number, and you can try to degrade that a bit by increasing MinMo or decreasing Aggressiveness or playing with the settings up and down. Also, when seeing is good you can decrease your PHD2 exposure to a smaller number like 0.5 or 1s to see if that improves RA with more frequent adjustments. Fortunately, we now have BlurXterminator in PixInsight which can fix a lot of star shape problems more so than in years past.
