Sean, the troubleshooter should be run without all external software connected to Gemini. As I said , start Gemini.net and connect it to the mount. Start the troubleshooter. Don¡¯t start any other software.

To update:?
Woke up and saw the skies were clear (enough) that I went out. I did not polar align or anything, just slewed to M81 and started to guide. I had changed the settings from Visual to Photo in the mobile HC web UI, and checked on HC when I went out. Both said "Photo". Could not guide, at all. Grabbed troubleshooting report from the Gemini app, then issued Park CWD command. When I do this it does not fully go back to CWD, but DEC is still rotated to 10' and not 0' and RA needs to be adjusted as well (using bubble level). Troubling, but I moved on.
I opened GFU and re-flashed to 6.02. Reconnected everything (Cartes to telescope, NINA to camera & telescope, and PHD2). PHD2 profiles gives me a headache, but I move on. I opened M81 in NINA Framing Assistant and hit the slew and center button. It slewed and corrected in 3 tries!! Checked HC and it was set to Visual, so changed that to Photo, this time it did save. Opened PHD2 and went to guide, now it does guide and correct. Stopped, went to M101 and started over, and NINA frames in 3 tries! Guiding works a 2nd time. Disappointed somewhat at how bad the guiding was, but then again I did not polar align, pretty sure PHD2 profile is once again screwed up (again!) so I need to redo dark, calibrate, etc. And also seeing conditions were bad.
I do still see the issue when connecting NINA to mount the message that mounts clock differs from computer clock. Computer clock 12:21, mount 00:21:07, NINA tells me my clock is 2886 seconds off. Not 100% certain my problems have magically gone away, hoping tomorrow night it will be clear enough to do more tests. I did find that running the Gemini Troubleshooting "Record Activity" caused significant problems with communication to the mount, ended up having to kill PHD2 & NINA in task manager as they became unresponsive (even after I hit stop recording).?
