Re: G11T Questions

Hi Joe,
I'm not much of a tinkerer, but if it only needs service on rare occasions and there is a University Of YouTube tutorial I should be good to go.

This mount will be covered on my backyard pier 24/7/365. I hope to never move it off the pier.

More weight capacity the better. I do not like operating on the margins.

My PPL Eagle5 mounted on the scope is shore powered and has direct ethernet wifi connection from the house. The house has solar and battery back up so any power outage would be a loose cable at the mount. The Eagle5 has (2) 8 amp and (2) 3 amp power outs which I'm told by PPL will power any commercial mount available. But I will keep an eye on that and confirm with Losmandy that is enough. If not, an additional power brick is easy to plug in directly into the pier power outlet.

I'll call Losmandy tomorrow and place the order and ask about any additional questions.

Thank you for your help Joe.
