Hang in there pcboreland...I'm positive Losmandy's interest in your needs is much greater than you give credit. I'll add from an industry perspective that direct personal contact with the folks that provide you with your products vs. using public forums as the first line of communication is a much more effective way to have matters of concern addressed. That said, I'm sure you'll have no problem selling your G11...the demand for these amazing mounts is astronomical!
