I have a G11 with Spring loaded Worm on both axis.? I watched a video from Losmandy on it, and one of the axis has no backlash.? To make sure we are on the same page, my definition is that backlash is the lack of movement when I try to move the axis when tightened up.? The other axis has a thunk...thunk...sort of feeling when I move it back and forth.? This seems to contradict what is normal from the Losmandy video.? The video said not to monkey with it unless told to do so.? I know there are official Losmandy people and experts in the group, so I am asking if I should follow the directions on the video.? The video makes sense...doesn't seem too complicated.
It's been awhile since I used my stuff, so trying to get everything tuned up and ready to go.? If I remember correctly, PHD complained about backlash last time I used it in January of last year.
