Thanks Brian. Yes me too I tend to do that on my long FL shots trying to get the maximum amount of details. On widefields I try to get the focus as accurate and dither a lot. PixInsight drizzle integration does a wonderful job at bringing up small stars and details provided your number of sub is sufficient. That's why I limit the subs to 10min and shoot more. If I did 20min I'd get the SNR but you start seeing lines in the drizzle integration final because it needs more subs. So 10min is the right balance for the FSQ. Image scale is 2.1 asp with the QHY9 mono. I'm always amazed how dithering + PI seems to bring stars that are beyond the pixel scale of the camera.?
