Not sure what you mean.
As shown below, the HC and Computer connections are made and are not removed during or after set up:
HC with coil cord - HC Port
Yellow Ethernet cable - Gemini 2 Ethernet Port to Computer Ethernet Port
Serial/GPS cable to GPS receiver
Photos below for reference including the Computer Network Connections panel.
I will replace the Ethernet cable and retest tomorrow.
