Hi Greg
But WHAT are you trying to do?
Using it ¡°with your home network¡± is pretty vague.
Why does it need to be on your home network?
If you want to connect to the telescope wirelessly with your computer running Stelarium, the tp-link does not need to be on your home network.?
It takes about 30 seconds to plug the tp-link into your Gemini and power on. Maybe another minute to connect computer wifi to the tp-link hotspot and change stellarium ¡°mount ip address¡± to that of your Gemini. Seriously, it just works.

Thanks? Randy. I was told it needed to be configured in client mode so that I could use it as you described with my gemini 2 and my home network . I was going to let my nephew try it with stellarium. If I take it somewhere that there is no wifi I'm told I could configure it in AP mode and use my phone as a hotspot for it.
