It sounds like the TP-Link is reachable, but I don't understand
the part about 192.168.1.26.? Where did that come from?? Could you
copy/paste the command and its output, or take a photo of the
command window contents, and post that?

Ok I got pinging 192.168.0.254 with 32 bytes of data. It did it 4
times but it said reply from 192.168.1.26: destination host
unreachable
