Hi Michael thank you for your thorough answer. I have the 1 piece worm. There is a tiny bit of play with the clutch tight. It was at one time much worse, i sent it back to Losmandy and Scott adjusted it no charge. I tried making the adjustment per the Losmandy video and I could not get it as tight as Scott did. I have not attempted to adjust it since. I did have grease on my DEC PADS and that has been cleaned out.
I am not 100% sure what to do here. The adjustment of the worm to the wheel is very tricky for me. I don't know if I could do better then I have it. ?Could it be motor spacing or something with the gears. ?
