If your DEC is working, and RA is not (or vice-versa), then take your working axis apart and document step bt step how it is assembled.?

?The other axis must be identical to work correctly.

Abraham, maybe you can post a photo of the clutch assembly that shows the washer/bearing order? Somebody might spot something not obvious from a word description.
