Thought some of you might be interested in hearing what the problem
with the hand controller actually turned out to be. The hand
controller board was wired correctly, BUT when someone attached the
little 6-lead telephone snap-in plug on the other end of the cable,
they managed to get two of the six little wires crossed... not sure
how they did that, but they did. I'm on my way to Radio Shack to see
if I can find a 6 lead telephone plug and will reinstall the plug
(friend has the tool I need). If I can't find the part to fix it
myself, Scott will send me another hand controller unit, no problem.
Sort of surprised that they didn't catch the drive problem before
shipping the unit ??
