The ones posted above. While MIC gain 6 is fine now I still increased it to 10 in order to hit 10W. Will verify later if that overdrives it.

Just to finalize this thread, it was indeed a faulty mic and the service center replaced it pretty quick. It¡¯s working as intended now.

I misread in the same way! BM-17ic is what I am using as well with the W2ENY adapter.

Sorry I misread the question the dynamic requires different wiring than the oem adapter the adapter needs a stereo to mono plug to work with the BM-17 ICOM VERSION The w2eny adapter works fine with
