Re: TX-500 Battery Pack
Given delivery of the radio is sporadic and delayed, I wouldn't hold my breath for delivery of any accessories. I have a radio on order with HRO. I emailed Lab599 support to ask when I might expect

TCXO calibration
Quick question: does the TX-500 have any provisions for calibrating the internal TCXO to a known-accurate frequency such as a time station or GPSDO? I could not find anything in the manual. 73, Robert

Re: Digital Mode data cable
Using a larger capacitor should not be a problem, you are just extending the low frequency corner. Using a much smaller capacitor would not be a good idea, assuming they calculated the value needed

Re: Digital Mode data cable
I use the Kenwood TS-930 as my rig definition and it works much faster than TS-990. I have made several cables. I did use the capacitor as I have tons of new parts and wanted to make sure the TX audio

Re: 60 meters
Alex, OK it works there...looks like the TX-500 will only transmit between 5.35150 and 5.36650, which is only the center channel here in the US. 73, Henry - K4TMC [image: image.png]

Re: 60 meters
Hello Henry, what about if you try 5.35700? I suppose 60 m on the TX-500 is limited to the frequency range for IARU region 1. And the QRG you dialed are outside this range. I suppose this can be fixed
