As Andrey and Kevin say, the speaker outputs must never be grounded. Any load must be placed between the speaker+ and - connections. Many headsets will have their earpieces and microphone sharing a common ground which is bad news for the tx-500. That's very likely the cause of the loud sound you demonstrate in your video. Be careful as replacement audio amp chips have become VERY hard to get hold of.
