Probably already known information but just thought I would post this:
Unfortunately, our service partner in Reno is no longer able to provide services for the maintenance of our company's products due to health reasons.
We will publish information about the new service center in the USA in the near future.

If that doesn't happen before too long and I find myself needing service I cannot provide for myself, I'll probably just shelve the rig or sell it for parts/not working and go with something that has decent support.
