I have just tested the voltages on my battieries and have the following results. Before charging having been used one cell I noticed had a voltage lower than all the others. It was 4.027 volts when all the 0thers were about 0.1V higher. After charging was completed:

A2. 4.279
A3. 4.286
B1. 4.307
B2. 4.323
B3. 4.276
Does this look symptomatic of one poor cell A1 or a charge controller problem?
