Thanks for your response. ?Some good ideas there. ?I really like the idea of putting a little bit of dielectric grease in the recesses under the knobs as added security against moisture. ?Silicone or contact cement for the knobs also make sense to me. ?Maybe one day an enterprising operator will fashion some 3d printed knobs with set screws. ?I have to admit, though, that I love the tactile feel of the soft rubber ones. ?
On another note, you've got a terrific QRZ page. ?Great to see all that you are doing with QRP!
I'll let you know what I eventually do to keep the knobs on.
