There are?some post boxes sealed in the London area and some business mail is affected?BUT there are talks on at the moment to try to reach a satisfactory conclusion.? It?DOES NOT take 4 - 6 weeks to clear backlogs.? Please try to keep a sense of proportion about this, thanks.? There is no need not to?send mail to the MOD.

URGENT MESSAGE TO GO ON K-S PLEASE
NO POST MOVING IN UK, because of 'union strike' about wages. Post collection boxes sealed by Post Office for the first time in 20 years. Nothing out of/into UK - don't send anything, don't expect any replies group! Usually, 4-6 weeks to clear backlog when over, but we just don't know about this time. Christmas coming too! Still, on the bright side, we needn't buy Xmas card stamps..
