Welcome all Members of the group.
I'm Magdalena Rozanowska and just as Stefan wrote I'm from Warsaw and
I joined the group because my family is from Kresy and we are looking
for my grandfather's family. My grandfather's name is Kazimierz
Rozanowski and in the 1921, when he was 10 years old, as a result of
The Treaty of Riga when the Polish border was shifted he was
separated from his family. They lived in Wilja/Wilia by Wilja River
close to Ostrog, Rovno. My grandfather was sent to another village for
study. One of his sisters visired him regulary there, but one day she
didn't come.
He had sisters and brother.
My grandfather died two years ago in the age of 93, but I would be
grateful for any help in finding more information about this part of
his and my family.
