Does anyone have to steps for setting up the repeater set for DMR to access the Brandmiester network ?
Just purchased it and learning how to set it up in different modes.

YouTube has a lot of videos about setting up DMR radios and repeaters.

I'm trying to find the setup for the nxr repeater.? I've setup a few Motorola 8300's, some Moto handhelds, Anytones and hotspots.?
This is my first Kenwood.? I have been successful in getting it running in DMR repeater mode with no Ethernet network.? I see a lot of videos on the repeater but nothing on DMR setup to connect to a server such as Brandmiester.? ?

Have you read Kenwood's field programming manual? That's where you need to start, then contact Brandmeister for any requirements for connection to their network. It's not a simple 3-step process that can be explained in an Internet forum, or email. You're going to have to do a lot of reading, planning, and troubleshooting.

The process to connect to Brandmeister should be 'similar' to connecting a XPR8300 or XPR8400 to Brandmeister.
You need to get an account for a repeater and the it's repeater ID on Brandmeister.
You need to get a "Master Server" assigned to you from the Bandmaster folks

You can then connect to the Master Server by it's IP address and your password for the account you setup the same way you would for a XPR8400
The fields in the programing software for 'IP CONNECT' should have synonyms for the same thing.?

Unless that repeater had the Network option installed when ordered it is not functional, it is an option.? I believe at this time that function is only for NXDN.?
