InRad CW Filters:
Both of these CW filters are 400 Hz wide,
striking a good middle ground between 500
or 600 Hz filters, and 250 Hz filters.
In addition to CW, these can also be used
for narrow digital work.
These are InRad filters, which most people
consider superior to other filters.
These were both used in a Kenwood TS-940,
although I am fairly certain that they can
be used in most other Kenwood rigs, and
probably some non-Kenwood rigs as well.
Both work fine, and look great as well.
InRad 455 H 400
This one is used in the 455 KHz IF, and of
course is 400 Hz wide. $125
InRad 88 H 400
This one is used on the 8800 KHz IF, and is
400 Hz wide as well. $100

Kenwood TM-281, 2 meter FM Transcevier:
The TM-281 is a current 2 meter 65 Watt FM
Mobile Transceiver with 200 memories and
weather alert. It complies with rugged military
standards, and has a front firing speaker that
sounds great. The built in CTCSS and DCS encoder
/decoder covers 42 CTCSS sub-tone frequencies
and 104 DCS sub-tone frequencies.

This one works as it should.

some dirt behind the speaker that does not
want to come off.

Trio/Kenwood HS-6 Communications Headphones:
The Trio/Kenwood HS-6 deluxe mono communications
headphones are engineered and tuned for radio
communications purposes to provide distinctive
voice sound (150-4000 Hz -6 dB), and to be very
comfortable.
Black metal and plastic. 8 Ohms. With 1/4 inch,
mono plug and 6.6 foot fancy non-coiled cotton
covered cord. Weight is 0.77 lbs.
These work as they should, and look close to
new. Paper work is included. Amazon sells these
for $100, and DX engineering for $82. Buy these
for only $60.

Linear Amp Switching Cables for Kenwood Rigs:
This cable goes from a Kenwood transceiver to a linear
amplifier to switch the amp from transmit to receive.
One end has a DIN connector, as is used with most Kenwood
rigs. The other end has an RCA phono plug, as used by most
linear amplifiers.
Before using this cable, please check the switching
capabilities of your transceiver, and the requirements
of your amplifier.

Crystals:
I have a set of three crystals that are used to
return the Kenwood Hybrid rigs to 10 meters,
after they have had the original crystals changed
to 11 meters.
Specifically, they are HC-25 crystals for 33.50,
34.00, and 34.50 MHz. They are labeled as
being for the TS-820, but I think all of the
hybrids use the same frequencies.
These crystals are $35 for the set of three.

Kenwood Heavy Duty Weighted Tuning Knob:
This knob is a special tuning knob, about 2 1/4
inches in diameter, so just right for most Kenwood
rigs. It is weighted, so one can give it a spin,
and it continues to go.
This one looks perfect, and is still in its
plastic bag.
