What exactly are you trying to make it do? Or rather, what is it not doing that you think it should be doing?
I have my CQRLOG reading data from FLDIGI and WSJT-X software on the logging command. FLRIG controls those programs for band changes.

Im not having a problem with it logging from wst-x or fldigi. The problem is when using phone ops and ae using dxspots running, cqrlog will not talk to flrig to change frequency¡¯s when clicking on a spot or say logging a contact I found manually turning the vfo

Roger, that's beyond what I am doing with it.

First, make sure FLRIG is open and configured for your rig. Then in a terminal window run:

/usr/local/bin/rigctld -m 4
and leave this window open.
Open CQRlog, go to File->Preferences. Choose TRXcontrol on the left.

In the top box (Path to rigctld binary) enter "/usr/bin/rigctld"
Give the radio a description and choose "4FLRIG FLRIG" as the radio model. Everything else should work if left at default.

That not working either. I guess I just cant use flrig for that part if I close flrig and just set it up for the rig itself it works fine.
