Chrome OS is a special case of Linux....so you can't run a linux program directly....and not at all on older Chromebooks. However, you can run Linux programs under a special provision on new CB's.

Pat Menu has nothing to do with APRSdroid or APRS. It is an application to help manage Pat Winlink. You can change the map it displays in the Pat Menu settings. There are two choices, USA and World.
