Run the following command:
sudo nano /usr/local/share/applications/bap.desktop

and paste the following information:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=Build-a-Pi
GenericName=KM4ACK Build-a-Pi
Comment=Build-a-Pi App Manager
Exec=/home/pi/pi-build/update
Icon=/home/pi/pi-build/logo.png
Terminal=true
Type=Application
Categories=bap

Note the lines above that include /home/pi. This assumes that your user name is "pi". If it is something different, you will need to mod those lines to reflect your actual user name. Once complete, press:
ctrl+s to save
ctrl+x to exit
