As I understand it, BAP can tell if some apps need an update, but not all of them.? If it can't it just says INSTALLED.
But if you fire up an app and it says it has a newer version, you can update it with BAP by putting a check mark next to it.? That will do an unconditional update.

I checked my version of Chirp.? It recently updated using the BAP menu option.? Chirp reports it is ver 20200718.? I do not receive an update message when I start chirp.? I ran BAP and was not offered to update Chirp (nor anything actually -? I am certain that all are up to date)
I do notice an inconsistency in the report of app updates.? Some say that the app is installed and some say that the app is current.? Is there a way to provide a consistent message here?
