Those settings that you used:
Uncomment the following lines:
framebuffer_width=1920
framebuffer_height=1080
Note: you can change the resolution here to suit your needs.
Uncomment this line:
hdmi_force_hotplug=1
Comment out these two lines:
#dtoverlay=vc4-kms-v3d
#max_framebuffers=2
also worked for me, I removed the HDMI emulator and have appropriate Conky positioning and NO Chromium lag.
