Cal,

You can go to the Raspberry Pi menu in the top upper left hand corner, then down to Ham Radio, then Build-a-Pi, then click on Update-Tool. That will bring you to update what you already have installed, and the option to install more.

I setup BAP v. 3.1.3 last November with a couple of modules Pat Winlink and gparted. I now want to activate the autohotspot and any Mobilinkd modules. I cannot see how I can to this. Pse help.

Also, I am on Buster but will update to a new BAP on Bullseye if I can get the Winlink process working.
