I see this happen too. It seems to come and go randomly. I¡¯ve been meaning to test with a different browser to see if it is a chrome issue. I¡¯ve just got in the habit of clicking the x on refresh when the form loads. That will stop chrome from trying to load it again.?
Not a complete answer but it might help in the meantime.

Hi folks,
I'm having an issue with the Red Cross custom forms with in FLMSG.? You open them with the "Edit Form" button.? It opens the form in the browser opens, but after a few seconds it crashes in the browser and it says the site is unreachable.? It seems like it having trouble connecting to after the initial connection.
Multiple builds, multiple RPI.
Any ideas?
