Do you have an app like ¡°Network Analyzer¡± if you do you can scan the IP address of things connected to your network and find your pi IP address.?I¡¯m assuming you plugged Pi into the network, that would be first thing to do.?
Once you know the IP address you can VNC of SSH into the pi to change settings.
