SignLink Not Being Recognized

 

I am having a problem with my pi4 not recognizing Signalink. The Pi sees the Signalink listed under lsusb and ls/dev shows it's added, but does not appear in Audio Device Settings. I'm running Buster on my Pi.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance
