Joe they make a 7" 1024 by 800 display ( ) that is now discontinued that is the same size as the official R PIi 7" screen and it will with a little dremel work fit the "Smarty Pi case" I use =)?? I cannot remember the model ... but I got it from I think seen one a bit more that the one I bought many years ago that is still in stock =)??? They are good people to deal with and if you do not understand anything they will help you or design and build one if there is enough in it for them to supply / sell =)??? I hope this helps out and look at their videos and Pi apps for displays =)
