Hi Jason,
I have noticed that the GPS/GLONASS direct USB
mount dongle is clearly weaker than the G-MOUSE RoHS IPX6 magnetic
mount GPS and the GlobalSat BU-353-S4 USB magnetic mount GPS
dongles.? Watching <CGPS> over time on a Pi-4-B the GLONASS
has flaky difficulties when plugged directly to the USB port,
dropping in and out and in continually, where the other GPSes are
not flaky at all.? I tried the GLONASS on a two foot USB extension
cord inside the house on my Pi-4-B and it, though still a weaker
GPS receiver, did not flake out and came up quicker.? The GLONASS
is not at all flaky on any of my Pi-3-Bs and maintains and
maintains 7 to 9 satellites inside the house, whereas on the
Pi-4-B it receives 4 to 6 satellites.

Yes, blinking steadily like it did when it was working
in Conky.
ok. let's see if the pi is getting the data. In a terminal, run:
cgps
and verify you have GPS data. Provided you do, run this command
next:
~/bin/conky/get-grid
and see if it returns your grid square or produces errors. If it
give you errors, please post them.
