There's been people working on it for two years now (using Box86 and Wine I think) Unless something changed, the developer had no desire to do a Linux ARM version and was even offered help by other devs and he declined.?

Use Jason's auto pat for HF ARDOP connections. There is no current reliable solution for VARA on Linux ARM, though (if you were looking for that one).
