Yes, I have FLAMP
& FLMSG showing "update needed"? BUT if I check the
current version @ FL*** web, FLAMP & FLMSG are up to
date...
I DO have
Gridtracker and HAMRS loading, but when run - they tell me
there is an update.? I also get "invalid desktop entry file"
when trying to run hamrs from the menu.

I know there were some issues from the beta version of 3.0.8, but
I did not download the beta and waited until it was released
before updating to BAP 3.0.8.
I got BAP 3.0.8 (not beta) installed painlessly, although when
trying to do an update with it after the initial install, it keeps
saying that FLAMP and FLMSG "NEEDS-UPDATE", which I do. I see them
getting updated in the terminal window, but when I go back in BAP
3.0.8 it still says that they need to be updated. Also, QSSTV will
not install. Basically the same as above with FLAMP & FLMSG.
