Sad to hear about the bands being in poor condition.? I'll see if I can focus on 30m and get a connection.

I'm very aware of the weird settings the FT-891 has to have.? I will definitely check my settings to what you just mentioned.? Out of curiosity, my Flrig usually sets at mode DATA-U.? Is that okay, or does it need to be USB or LSB?

Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
